Delivery times depend on the shipping method you select at checkout. If you choose Standard Shipping, you can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 7 business days. For quicker delivery, our Fast Lane Shipping option will have your items to you in just 2 to 3 business days. Please note that orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays), and you will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package is on its way!

We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. To update your default shipping address for future orders, log in to your account and edit your details under the Addresses section. If you have already placed an order and need to change the delivery address for that specific purchase, please contact us immediately at info@plaintee.lk before your package is shipped, and we will do our best to update it for you.
